Suresh General Store (“we”, “our”, “the store”) is a physical retail store located in Gola Gokarannath. All purchases, exchanges, returns, and inspections are to be done in-store only. We do not provide online ordering, online payments, or home delivery services.
2. Product Information & Pricing
All products, including toys, school bags, tiffins, bottles, crockery, décor items, ladies purses, travel bags, and cosmetics, are sold in-store only.
Prices are final and may vary depending on stock availability and market conditions.
We ensure the best possible quality, but minor variations may occur in hand-made or natural products.
Customers are allowed and encouraged to inspect items before purchase.
3. Returns, Exchange & Replacement Policy
As an offline retail business, we follow strict quality checks before displaying products. The following conditions apply:
No returns will be accepted for used, damaged, or altered products after purchase.
Only exchange is available within 24–48 hours of purchase and only if:
Product is unused
Original packaging and bill are present
No signs of damage or wear
For fragile items like crockery, glassware, or showpieces, no exchange or return is allowed after leaving the shop counter.
Cosmetics, perfumes, and personal-use items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4. Warranty & Repairs
Warranty on branded products (e.g., trolley bags, lunch boxes) is provided as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Customers must contact the respective service center directly.
5. In-Store Conduct & Safety
Customers are requested to handle items carefully, especially fragile items.
Any damage caused to products due to mishandling may be chargeable.
Children should be accompanied by adults inside the store.
6. Privacy & Customer Information
Any personal information collected for billing or warranty purposes (such as name or phone number) is kept confidential and is used only for store-related communication. We do not share customer data with third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Suresh General Store is not liable for:
Damage occurring after the product has left the store premises
Misuse or mishandling by the customer
Manufacturer defects (covered by manufacturer warranty)
8. Store Timings & Holidays
Our store operates from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We are closed every Wednesday and on selected public holidays.
